What are you going to do?

• Take designs created by your Creative leads and execute them across multiple break points from production to Development handoff.

• Create pixel perfect templates in Sketch and Photoshop with the ability to utilize Symbols in Sketch and Vector Smart Objects Actions Masking and use Guides in Photoshop — for marketing assets across channels: banners DMs social etc.

• Keep optimizing your workflow and maintain your folders organized files clean following the client convention.

• Be detail oriented and follow clients standard process for clean and efficient production work.

• Ensure that your work is aligned with the brand and its creative standards showing consistency and best practices.

• Welcome feedback from clients and teammates. Keeping an open mind to different perspectives will only make the work better.

• Show proficiency in Sketch and Adobe suite - specifically Photoshop.

What will help you succeed:

• 5+ years of experience as a Production designer.

• A portfolio demonstrating creative work that is organized and detail oriented.

• A positive spirit and team player attitude always looking to collaborate crossfunctionally.

• Mastery in Adobe Photoshop and Sketch.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Keynote.

• Professional digital design experience bonus if it’s with a marketing agency.

• Knowledge of  design accessibility guidelines.
