As a Program Manager in the Enterprise PMO ( E PMO) team at Q2 you will be accountable for the successful execution of E PMO-l ed initiatives , which may encompass multiple programs across the organization. Your key role will be to elevate dependencies, risks and issues of these highly strategic and cross-functional initiatives and manage these accordingly , working in close collaboration with PMO s from business units across the company. Further, you will engage with the business unit PMOs to align on a set of standards of execution excellence.
Day-to-Day :

  • Building cross-functional work plans for E PMO-led programs, for both reconnaissance & executio n.
  • Promoting communication and collaboration among different project teams to deliver programs , and engaging directly with working team s , as needed, to drive to deadlines and hold owners accountable .


  • S etting OKRs for E PMO-led programs that measure that program's value and working with a financial analyst to calculate and track cost-to-ROI.
  • Managing all workstreams of a program to schedule and value and tracking the resource allocation across workstreams of a program.
  • I dentify ing accelerators and friction points and propos ing activities accordingly .
  • Interfacing with and rallying senior executives of dependent teams to maintain buy-in and engagement .
  • A dvising, facilitating , and coaching at all levels of organization to deliver successful transformative programs .
  • Building a knowledge base of standards, templates, and best practices for program management at Q2.
  • Owning key program management and transformation program documents .


  • Requires a minimum of 1 2 years of work experience in a similar role or environment to Q2 .
  • Expert integrated project management skills ( PMP certification required ), with experience delivering complex, organization-wide programs.
  • Experience with delivering transformational initiatives and client-facing experience are both assets.
  • Good knowledge of business pro cess modelling, transformation management and strategic change management, are assets .
  • Proficiency with project management tooling, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel .
  • Strong fiscal management skills.
  • High-level of intrinsic motivation and initiative .
