Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Python Developer to become an integral part of our innovative team.
In this capacity, you will be tasked with building, enhancing, and deploying sophisticated Python applications while ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness. Work closely with our skilled team to integrate various components and drive continuous improvement in the functionality of our applications.
This position offers a Hybrid model with 3 days per week from the office in Athens.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

• Database Technologies: MariaDB, Galera Cluster, Elasticsearch Cluster, MongoDB, Replica Set Cluster, CockroachDB Cluster, Redis Cluster, InfluxDB
• Message Queue technologies: RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ
• Web Server technologies: Nginx, IIS

Responsibilities

• Build, assess, maintain, and improve Python applications
• Develop precise, scalable, and robust code
• Enable integration of user interface components with server-side logic
• Collaborate to identify and meet software requirements
• Refine and troubleshoot the performance of existing applications

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Python development
• Familiarity with Django and Flask
• Qualifications in RESTful APIs, relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, and Git
• Competency in problem-solving and effective communication
• Proficiency in English communication skills at the B2+ level
