Senior Quality Engineer

What you'll do:

• Managing final quality control processes,
• Managing trainings of team and instructions of quality processes,
• Preparing reports of final quality processes and non-conformities,
• Lean tools experience is preferred,
• Evaluating customer complaints received from the after-sales department and taking related actions,
• Following weekly production schedules,
• Checking the FLC's prepared monthly in the Quality Control department,
• Preparing reports on quality problems.
• Managing quality team and processes of distribution transformer production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineer.
• Preferably 5-6 years of work experience in quality control departments.

Skills:

• Lean tools, PPAP and FMEA experience is preferred,
• Experience in medium voltage, high voltage products,
• Experience in quality control tools,
• Strong quality control management skills,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills,
• Advanced level knowledge of quality control.
