Job Title: Senior Reliability Engineer
Location: Uppsala, Sweden (onsite)

Job Description

Are you passionate about driving engineering excellence and ensuring the reliability of processes and products? At Galderma, we’re seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer! In this role, you’ll implement and execute engineering plans, improve existing processes, and contribute to developing innovative solutions. As part of our collaborative and forward-thinking team, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing engineering initiatives that uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage engineering plans to support the organization’s operational goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Monitor and optimize engineering activities to improve existing products, processes, and testing procedures.

  • Develop and execute engineering policies for new product and process development, ensuring standards of quality, cost, safety, and reliability.

  • Analyze technology trends to support the successful deployment of engineering initiatives across multiple areas.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess engineering feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and customer demand for products and processes.

  • Participate in and oversee field-testing of products, processes, and systems to ensure operational excellence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align engineering activities with organizational priorities.

  • Educate and support organization in ways of working

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification; advanced education is a plus.

  • Some of experience in engineering, focusing on reliability, quality, or process improvement.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to draw from prior experiences and analyse technical challenges.

  • Knowledge of engineering processes, policies, and best practices in product and process development.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts clearly.

  • Self-motivated individual contributor capable of working independently with moderate supervision.
