Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in creating custom applications, analysing complex incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation of Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business technology solutions in Salesforce.com​
• Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, Visual Force, Lightning web components, application integration and data migration​
• Analyse incidents with a level 3 expertise, identify causes and propose solutions
• Actively supporting the functional team during the construction of the solution.​
• Ensuring that optimal coding standards are adhered to throughout project delivery.
• Participating in code reviews
• Producing client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented code.
• Plan and execute internal unit testing and integration testing.​
• Release management including metadata deployment and data migration, environment comparison and version control
• Knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodology
• Participation to the conception phases with the following activities : requirement analysis, design, architecture and effort sizing
• Excellent understanding of the business context and functional requirement
• Excellent understanding of the technical solution to setup and the technical ecosystem
• Providing support and technical advice to the team
• Conducting code reviews

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT​ or Computer Science
• Good analysis and solution design skills.​
• 7 -10 years of experience in a hands-on Salesforce Technical or Development role.​
• 5+ years of experience of hands-on in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications including Visual Force and Apex, Lightning Web Component, Trigger, and Flow.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or 2 Certification
• Other Salesforce certifications such as Administrator/Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud​
• Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce​
• Exposure to Git based tools like BitBucket​
• Exposure to VSCode, Salesforce DX, Tooling, Metadata APIs
• Willing to work for the French working hours : 1pm PHT – 10 pm PHT (with breaks)/ 10:30am IST – 7:30pm IST (with breaks)
• Willing to work in international teams.
