We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Architect with experience in enterprise architecture to design and implement comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives and deliver outstanding results. This role is crucial for leading projects that involve extensive Salesforce capabilities and integrations with other systems.

Dialpad is looking for an adaptable, high performing, motivated and self-reliant individual who has direct experience in designing world class architecture for Enterprise Applications not limited to CRM, Finance, Billing and Data Analytics tools and Salesforce.com application processes end to end including CPQ & other Sales support tools.

Your role

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Dialpad - you'll be part of a passionate team of Engineers and Systems Analysts, you will be responsible for designing world class architecture on Salesforce CRM Platform which integrates with financial and billing systems. The SA must be an excellent communicator leader and have the ability to direct and architect solutions to handle high volumes of data across the enterprise systems. You pay close attention to detail, strong at problem solving and not afraid to chase down answers. Must be proficient at recommending best solutions and documenting new processes and understand the underlying business operations in order to support enterprise systems administering Sales, CPQ and related systems, keeping our platform running at high scale, speed, accuracy and reliability. You will collaborate with the team to deliver valuable functionality to our internal customers within the framework of an agile environment.

This position reports to our Sr. Director of Business Applications and has the opportunity to be based in our Vancouver Office. 

What you’ll do

• Design and architect scalable and performant solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with broader system landscapes and technology strategies.
• Lead data modeling, and integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow across multiple platforms.
• Manage environment setups, configurations, and deployments across various Salesforce clouds and connected applications.
• Oversee a team of developers and administrators, providing guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the best user experience and perform automation and data sharing operations.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and solutions.
• Maintain responsibility for project outcomes, addressing any challenges and ensuring successful handoffs to other systems.

Skills you’ll bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, with additional experience in enterprise architecture.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce's Sales cloud environment including but not limited to CPQ, Lead to Cash process, Lead routing and more.
• Strong foundation in data architecture and best practices in data management and security.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Robust problem-solving abilities with a track record of innovative solution implementation.
• Proficient in stakeholder management, able to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conducting high-impact presentations and workshops.
• Salesforce Architect certifications are a must (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect).
