WAYS YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Senior SEO Strategist at Direct Agents, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing advanced search engine optimization strategies. Your extensive experience, coupled with your strategic thinking and dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends, will be instrumental in driving exceptional results for our clients and further elevating our agency's achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership and Client Management | Assess and formulate advanced SEO strategies for a range of large to enterprise sized clients, serving as a leading SEO authority both externally and internally. Oversee a substantial SEO client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

  • Technical SEO and Content Expertise | Demonstrate expert proficiency in organic content marketing and technical SEO. Lead hands-on optimization and project management initiatives to enhance clients' organic rankings through comprehensive on-site and off-site optimizations and recommendations.

  • Reporting and Analytics | Host client status calls and meticulously track and report on campaign results, SEO activities, and data analysis. Utilize Google Analytics and ranking reports to measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies. Stay up-to-date on the latest search engine changes and updates, contributing to the overall direction of the SEO strategy.

  • Client Satisfaction and Sales Collaboration | Ensure timely deliverables and consistently exceed client expectations. Collaborate with the sales team to conduct audits and develop customized strategies, contributing to successful pitches and sales decks for prospective clients. Enhance SEO sales collateral and overall pitch materials.

  • Process Enhancement and Knowledge Sharing | Develop and enhance team processes, reports, knowledge bases, and communication practices. Stay current with the latest SEO platforms and tools, adopting relevant innovations.

  • Team Training and Future Leadership | Assist in the training, development, and management of upcoming hires within the SEO team, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Feel free to customize these sections to align with your specific job posting and company culture.


WHAT YOU'RE BRINGING

  • 5-7 years of experience in SEO with proven track record, preferably with an agency
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and updates
  • Experience utilizing SEO tools: Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, Moz, ScreamingFrog, SEMRush, ContentKing, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
  • Good understanding of HTML, website design, and web analytics. CSS and Javascript a plus
  • Ability to work in teams and/or individually to meet client goals
  • Passion for the world of SEO!
