Senior Servicing Operations Coordinator

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Point Senior Servicing Operations Coordinator, you will own all aspects of portfolio management services, to ensure accurate and timely processing and reporting to maximize performance and outcomes. You will be part of the Servicing team and greater Operations organization and will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with all business units to manage our portfolio of contracts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the management of the entire asset servicing process, including but not limited to, customer care, special servicing/asset management, portfolio monitoring, contract administration, servicing compliance, and payment operations.
• Support the management of the entire default process including navigating loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and REO.
• Help design and implement the next-generation servicing platform with world-class engineers.
• Liaise between subservicers, internal stakeholders, and investors.
• Help leverage servicing and portfolio management experience to elevate origination, underwriting, and capital markets operations.
• Build on existing policies and procedures to comply with industry-standard default servicing practices.
• Support all aspects of Point's performing pipeline and default pipeline, including weekly and monthly reporting.
• Support the process of the monthly collections, remittances, and asset performance data for investors.
• Provide a feedback loop to refine credit policy based on asset performance.

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
• Desire to continuously improve and a positive, "can-do" approach.
• Experience communicating with and interacting with institutional investors.
• Experience managing and onboarding business critical tier 1, tier 2 vendors.
• Ability to take direction.

YOU SHOULD HAVE

• 3-5 years of servicing and default experience, preferably at a top-tier mortgage servicer or asset manager
• Knowledge of multiple mortgage products, investment property experience is a plus but not essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, impeccable attention to detail.

Family Friendly
