Job Description

Job descriptions -> 4 + years Key Responsibility

Design and develop scalable, high-performing web applications using Angular or React for the frontend, Java (Spring Boot/Hibernate) for backend services, and PostgreSQL or

MongoDB for database management.

Plan and implement system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability across the application stack.

Develop robust and secure RESTful APIs or microservices using Java frameworks like Spring Boot or Hibernate.

Design, implement, and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB) to support application needs.

Perform database migrations, indexing, and query optimization for enhanced performance. Seamlessly integrate the frontend with backend services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Build intuitive, responsive, and dynamic user interfaces using Angular or React, adhering to modern UI/UX principles.

Conduct unit testing (JUnit, Jest) and integration testing to maintain code quality.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs across the application stack.

Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitor their performance in production.

Research and adopt modern tools, libraries, and best practices to improve application performance and developer productivity.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams, to deliver high-quality software.

Technical documentation, including API specifications, database designs, and deployment procedures.

Actively participate in Agile practices such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features.

Use CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent) to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Expertise in building dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using Angular orReact. Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx) and modern frontend frameworks.

Proficiency in Java programming, with hands-on experience in frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and building scalable, secure RESTful APIs or microservices.

DB - Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, including indexing and aggregation pipelines.

Ability to design and develop both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance across the application stack.

Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure Experience with containerization tools like Docker is a plus.

Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.

Strong experience in unit testing (e.g., JUnit, Jest), integration testing, and debugging tools for both frontend and backend systems.

Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI to streamline

development and deployment pipelines.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in a collaborative environment.

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and DevOps engineers.
