Job Summary

The position objective is to provides our customers and partners a way to establish Dolby technology for online delivery, specifically help our customers to resolve the issues when playback Dolby Vision contents in the car.

• Develop the Dolby Vision products used In-Vehicle Infotainment system.
• Prototype new video algorithms and work with the team to ensure all algorithms are fit-for-purpose and compatible with existing video signal chains.
• Work with research team to refine and guide research deliverables.
• Port research algorithm to PC or embedded platforms by using approximation or optimization methodology.

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Color Science or comparable field.
• 3+ years' experience in video processing technologies.
• Knowledge of GPU programing, familiar with one of GPU programing language: D3D, HSLS, CUDA, OpenGL.
• Independent, self-motivated person requiring minimal supervision.
• Fluent English communication in reading and writing.

• 3+ years programming experience in C/C++.
• Deep understanding of Android Media Framework, like Codec2.
• An understanding of machine learning techniques and their application to signal processing solutions.
• Understanding Hypervisor OS used in the car, like QNX.
