Senior Software Engineer - Java/GCP

Capgemini is looking for Java/GCP developers to join us fulltime.

JOB DESCRIPTOIN:

Java/ GCP senior developers to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with other developers to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebase.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Java programming language - 7-10 years of experience

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and principles.

• Java, springboot microservices and Docker

• 2+ years of experience in Google Cloud Technologies (GCP)- GKE, Cloud Spanner, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Big Query and Cloud Composer

• Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate is a plus.

• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
