Senior Specialist, Demand Generation

The Demand Generation Senior Specialist will be responsible for planning, supporting, and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand for OneStudyTeam’s core product, StudyTeam. The key areas of this role will be digital marketing campaign development and management, support with field marketing functions like webinars and events, and channel analysis and reporting. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, and will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Content, and Design teams. 

What You’ll Be Working On

• Communicate the value of StudyTeam with lead generation campaigns, including outbound digital marketing, custom email sequences, landing page optimization, and other channels as needed.
• Implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to manage webinars, and own the technical execution of our internal webinar program. 
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Design, implement, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Manage and report on website performance, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
• Partner closely with the business development teams to ensure marketing leads across channels are qualified and tracked through the sales funnel.
• Support Director of Demand Generation in event planning and execution 
• Oversee and execute email marketing strategy across organization 

What You’ll Bring to OneStudyTeam

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare or clinical tech preferred 
• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related field
• HubSpot proficiency
• Ideal candidate is data-driven, self-motivated, pays keen attention to detail, is highly organized, and possesses strong execution skills
• Ability to predict downstream effects. Because the job handles so many interconnected systems, the ideal candidate understands how one action impacts other business systems, teams, and processes
• You should have direct, hands-on experience planning, launching, and analyzing digital paid marketing campaigns
• You are self-motivated with the ability to both take direction and work independently
• You can manage multiple projects independently while maintaining deliverables, timelines, and next steps
• You express yourself well, and have stellar interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Ideal candidate has: 

• Healthtech/startup experience
• Marketing agency experience preferred 
• Experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Analytical mindset
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology
