However this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Growth to support our growing regional team here in Thailand as part of an international team of highly talented and motivated people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Head of Marketing and Senior growth manager to support different demand generation strategies including customer segmentation campaigns, pricing strategy and etc to optimize incentive for each lifecycle group, achieve good retention rate while maintaining targeted profitability

• Lead pandapro initiatives with the goal of improving subscription penetration while maintaining a strong retention rate, you'd want to focus on a strategic blend of appealing benefits, compelling promotions, and continuous engagement strategies together with campaign team

• Manage a gamification and rewards program to boost customer loyalty, order & GMV uplift while optimizing for cost-effectiveness and ROI.

• Monitor the voucher setup from end-to-end—starting from planning, segmentation, and setup to redemption tracking, analysis, and recommendations 

• Support on data analytics and deep dive analysis for management review and decision making

• Establishes accurate program and project tracking approaches by correctly define the success metrics, interpret results and propose recommendation for improvement

• Works collaboratively with BI analysts to automate reports

• Creates good proof of concepts for any innovation projects, subsequently demonstrate its feasibility and perform cost-benefit evaluation

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in marketing, (demand) strategy, project/programme management

• Strong Analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills

• Working knowledge and experience writing queries using MySQL and using visualisation tool like Tableau

• Good knowledge and understanding of demand generation strategies

• Effective communication skills in writing, presentation, negotiation and influencing

• Sharp with strong sense-making and ability to think on the feed

• Good attention to detail

• Hands-on mentality, together with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Verbal & written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus
