Senior Staff Accountant

Position Summary:

ICM is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant with a strong working knowledge of GAAP, consolidations, and excellent financial analysis and communication skills.

Essential Functions:

- Coordination and review of monthly subsidiary reporting packages

- ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded

- Consolidations and Financial Reporting

- Purchase accounting and coordination of Valuations

- Audit support

- Account reconciliations

- Journal Entries

- Insurance coordination and administration

- Monthly reporting

- Ad hoc reporting

Required Education and Qualification:

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or related

Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

Experience with an ERP package; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred

Experience working with reporting tools a plus (MS Poser BI, SQL)

Attention to detail, results oriented, multi-tasking, and able to respond to urgent needs and meeting deadlines required

Preferred Skill:

CPA preferred
