Your Role and Responsibilities

As an experienced #Sustainability Delivery Consultant you will learn and experience how we apply technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery using consultative skills such as problem-solving / hypothesis-based methodologies communication and service orientation skills. As a member of IBM Technology Expert Labs Global Delivery Center #GDC you will be client focused courageous pragmatic and technical to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.

To help achieve this win-win outcome a ‘day-in-the-life’ in this role may include but not be limited to…

• Working independently you will be understanding clients’ main challenges architecting and developing solutions that help them reach true environmental targets by implementing the IBM Envizi ESG Suite. You will be leading in the phases of design development integration implementation migration and product support with a sense of urgency
• Ensure accurate documentation of and delivery to the project scope and timeline. Adherence to the Envizi implementation methodology
• Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation curiosity and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions
• Ability to influence others not only in IBM but Customers as well
• Analysing concluding and reflecting to Customer’s business of data sets automating data loads and configuring our technology platform to support proper integration with other downstream/upstream systems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client partner and IBM team

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fluent in data manipulation including an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential (note – a test is conducted as part of the interview process).
• Experience in the preparation and delivery of training
• STEM Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or experience in Environmental Science coupled with Information Systems.
• Ability to work with and analyze and conclude large volume of data.
• Hands-on exposure to real-world application of computer science information systems or engineering concepts
• Experience in BI data warehousing statistical or reporting tools
• 4 + years of analytical experience and in solution consulting or relevant industry experience
• Fluency in English and a 2nd European language – both verbal and written

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in any of the following domains will be highly regarded: ESG Energy management Utilities Sustainability
• Experience in Agile software environments
