Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period.
Summary/Objective:
The Senior Systems Analyst is a critical application engineering role responsible for leading and working within an assigned Scrum Team to ensure technology solutions are optimally designed, developed, and implemented to achieve strategic goals. This position works at the senior level to integrate diverse data elements while producing innovative solutions for a variety of complex problems. The Senior Systems Analyst provides expert technical analysis, design, installation, maintenance, and modification of broad and multifaceted enterprise applications and helps to mentor, coach, and develop other Systems Analysts and team members.
Essential Functions include:
- Manages third party application infrastructure and environments, including installation, upgrades and patches, performance tuning, security, and troubleshooting; responds to issues escalated by team members.Â
- Collaborates with and leads Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, Project Leads, and Scrum Team Developers in resolving issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.
- Develops and manages internal procedures and documents to provide a high level of application integrity and availability and to ensure timely, effective support.Â
- Engages in testing, validation, and other quality assurance (QA) related activities.Â

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
· Four-year degree from an accredited institution of higher education, or equivalent related work experience.
· Six (6) or more years of experience as an information technology Systems Analyst or similar role.
· Proven experience in developing technical expertise and understanding business processes to delivery relevant solutions.
· Experience with technical writing skills, developing use case diagrams, process flows, systems technical design, architecture diagrams, system development or equivalent processes.
· Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
· Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.
· Demonstrated learning agility and experience implementing IT processes.
Preferred Skills, Education and Experience:
· Degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, or field of study related to the work performed.
· Experience with Financial Institution technologies.
· Experience delivering strategic software solutions within an agile environment.
· Off the shelf application configuration and administration experience.
· Application development and integration experience.
· Technical solution testing and validation experience.
· Prosci Oracle Certified Master (OCM) certification.
· Experience with the following technologies: Consumer Lending Origination systems, Mortgage Origination systems, Online banking solutions.
· Experience with the following enterprise applications: Symitar/Episys, Synapsys, Synergy, ImageCenter, MeridianLink/LoansPQ, Encompass.
· Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages.
· Experience in: Multiple operating system (OS) platforms with strong emphasis on Windows and AIX systems.
· Knowledge of the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) suite; security architecture; securing and hardening Operating Systems; Networks; Databases; and Applications.
Work Environment:
Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Compensation Information:
The person hired into this position will likely earn between $91,182390 and $113,978.63, plus annual bonus.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Anticipated Application Window:
