Senior Systems Architect

We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Architect Consultant for a hybrid role based in New York City. This position is pivotal in enhancing our Client's cybersecurity framework, focusing on the implementation and management of Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems, including CyberArk. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in onboarding accounts into the PAM tool, collaborating with development teams, and providing expert support for internal customers and CyberArk issues. Working Conditions: This is a Hybrid contract position requiring the candidate to work both onsite at our Client's New York City location and remotely. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of various components within our Privileged Access Management (PAM) framework, with a specific focus on CyberArk'Facilitate the onboarding of accounts into the PAM tool, ensuring a seamless integration process
• Interface with development teams to ensure efficient onboarding of service accounts, aligning with security policies and standards
• Work closely with the Client and Stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance security without compromising functionality
• Collaborate with CyberArk support and other vendors to troubleshoot and resolve emergent issues with the PAM implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Continuously assess and improve the PAM strategy, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies to stay ahead of potential security threats
• Develop and maintain documentation related to PAM processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with regulatory requirements

This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully. They MUST be shown on your resume)

• At least 7 years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on security solutions and privileged access management
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing CyberArk or similar PAM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices, particularly in relation to privileged access
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve urgent issues
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical teams and non-technical internal customers
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently to drive projects to completion
• Current knowledge of industry trend, tools, technologies in the field of cybersecurity
