Job Summary:
Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced and dynamic environment?

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist and play a key role in launching our well-known European brand, TK Maxx, in Spain! As part of TJX Europe, a global off-price retailer with over 4,900 stores worldwide, this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. You'll take the lead in recruiting for our new stores and supporting roles in our Madrid head office, helping us build a talented team to succeed in this exciting new market.

About You:
You're proactive and hands-on, driving the recruitment process and selecting top talent for in-market roles. With solid knowledge of the Spanish market and sourcing channels, you'll align our approach with local practices. You champion Inclusion & Diversity, ensuring a fair and consistent hiring experience. Building strong relationships while staying the go-to recruitment expert will be key to your success.

About the Role:
You'll own the recruitment process from start to finish, representing our values and creating a great experience for candidates. Partnering with the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you'll play a key role in our growth in Spain. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with other European languages and experience in Employer Branding in Spain as a bonus.

We offer 8 months contract.
