Senior Technical Sourcer - contract

As a Technical Sourcer at Apollo, you will be responsible for helping us grow our engineering team by sourcing a high-performing, caring, and diverse technical team. You are critical to the company’s success and set the tone a candidate has with us.

What you'll do

• Build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels to help us double our technical team over the next year
• Partner closely with hiring managers, hiring teams, and members of the recruiting team to research and deepen understanding of open roles, competitive landscape, and candidate market trends
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to find passive candidates and activate them to enter the interview process at Apollo
• Iteratively improve sourcing strategies and report back on data using analytics and reporting features
• Screen candidates who’ve engaged with your outreach and pitch them on the opportunity to work at Apollo

About you

• You’ve seen sourcing done really well and have thrived as a technical sourcer in a fast-moving company
• You have worked within a modern Applicant Tracking System or are eager to learn
• You love talking to people and finding out what motivates them
• You’re organized, care deeply about candidate experience, and don’t let candidates drop
• You are passionate about always learning and improving, as well as sharing your knowledge with others
• You have a “rising tide lifts all boats” mentality

This is a 1099 contract position and can be done from anywhere in the US.
