Senior UX/UI Designer

Developing a user experience and User Interface design strategy. 

• Conducting user research & user-centered design analysis. 

• Creating user experience design and process strategy and Usability testing for digital products

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements by researching and creating User flows

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.

• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, page navigation buttons and search fields

• Develop UI mockups of low and high fidelity prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback while Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

Education/Training

• Diploma in UX/UI design 

• Web Design Diploma

Professional Experience

• At least 4 years of experience, in a digital agency (working on international topics) or in a large organization, in a similar position.

• Perfect knowledge of the Creative suite package (Adobe XD, Figma & Axure ).

• Creative, precise and having an excellent attention to detail.

• Dual experience in B2B and B2C would be appreciated. B2B2C would be fantastic.

• Previous experience in the Automotive field and/or Aftermarket would be a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication skills

Languages

• Fluent Arabic/English is mandatory

• Other languages are a plus
