Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in graphic design to join our design team. You will help develop intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences within the DIGIDECK platform while applying your graphic design expertise to create visually compelling and effective designs and layouts. You will collaborate closely with our Director of Creative Operations, Customer Experience Managers (CEMs) and Presentation Designers to ensure that the design meets our clients creative and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive, high-quality user experiences that balance functionality with aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Use graphic design expertise to create visually stunning and cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
• Create detailed design specifications, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes as needed.
• Research and apply usability testing and analyze data to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
• Work closely with the Director of Creative Operations, CEM’s and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, promoting a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design patterns, and new tools to continually refine and improve design practices.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met and that designs are responsive and work across various devices.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that the user's needs and pain points are prioritized.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in both UX and graphic design.
• Strong understanding and ability to interpret client requirements and needs, and build on-brand on-message presentations.
• Ability to manage work autonomously, multi-task, and meet fast-evolving deadlines with a curiosity and passion for compelling experiences.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly designs.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior designers, offering constructive feedback.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
• Willingness to be coached and open to an ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end design and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
