About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with outstanding visual design skills . You’ll be leading designs for a new business area which will be launching soon.

You’ll be part of the squads product trio (PM Designer Engineering Lead) and you’ll work in a small cross-functional team with engineers data scientists and nutrition scientists.

As a Senior Product designer you’ll work across all the stages of the product lifecycle: from discovery to ideation to solution design to (in)validation and high-fidelity execution and implementation.

You’ll create delightful user experiences make complex science easy to understand leverage behaviour change methodologies to make healthy habits stick and help build a category-defining brand. Our unique challenge: turn our science into user journeys programs and recommendations that lead to life-changing experiences.

You will…

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members (Product Engineering Nutrition Data Science) to shape and deliver experiences customers love.

• Take ownership of designing product experiences end-to-end: from discovery to implementation.

• (In)validate your work through user research.

• Bring your squad's vision and strategy to life (in collaboration with the Product Manager of your squad) aligning with business objectives and user needs and creating excitement within your team and the broader organization.

• Lead design critiques and present design solutions to stakeholders incorporating feedback to improve and refine the product.

• Work with and improve our design system.

• Contribute to the evolution of the team’s ways of working and the overall culture.

• You have exceptional visual design skills with an eye for creating polished compelling and cohesive designs that elevate the user experience.

• Experience with Motion Design in UI is a bonus.

• Your portfolio showcases impactful beautiful and detail-oriented work that demonstrates your ability to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.

• You are a great collaborator and it’s fun to work with you.

• You have a keen eye for detail and consistently deliver high-quality pixel-perfect designs.

• You are open to constructive feedback from stakeholders at all levels able to iterate quickly adapt and refine your designs effectively.

• You are a person of craft passionate about elevating every aspect of your work—from typography to layout to color—while balancing aesthetics with functionality.

• You have a human-centered mindset. You are curious empathetic and excel at translating user insights into visually impactful and effective design solutions.

• You measure success by the impact your designs have on users and business goals not just by what’s in your design file.

• You are data-informed and make design decisions backed by evidence while trusting your design instincts when needed.
