Service Workshop Technician

Your responsibilities:

• You will perform finishing / repairing work for parts for HV, TR and Service business, the work involve deburring, polishing, etc.
• You will perform the work mainly for procurements in cooperation with IQC, feedback timely to SCM and contribute to secure the quality of product through the work.
• You will conduct coach to suppliers to improve the quality of procured parts including machining with Strategic Buyer.
• You will perform the work at site as per requested from Site Service and contribute to complete site-project, implement in cooperation with Site Service, related teams, and related parties such as Hitachi Energy Gr., Hitachi Power Solutions.
• You will perform direct work for workshop and support indirect work, as follow; receiving and acceptance of procurements, handling, inventory checking, inspection for stocked parts, components and units, handling, inventory checking, inspection for equipment for site-work, calibration of tools, jigs and instruments, maintain Workshop facilities by daily inspection, monthly inspection, etc., and prepare required equipment for site work.
• You will check conditions after returned and tidy up.

• You hold degree general education for manufacturing and logistics.
• More than 5 years of working experience.
• License to operate forklift, crane, etc.
• Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese in both spoken & and written, other advantage.
