Job Description
The Sr Analyst ServiceNow - HR Technology Delivery role is the HRT delivery team's difference maker when it comes to optimizing our ServiceNow HRSD module investment. You will be the key connector across our ServiceNow platform team, HR module owner, and HR technology delivery teams to help build an efficient, high quality and dependable delivery model. This role needs to know (and appreciate) the nuances of HR Service Delivery in the context of HR processes, policies, people, and data, as well as the criteria for enabling a scalable technology delivery model - ruthless prioritization and clarity of business need, iteration-based development, and fanatical customer-oriented partnership. This role will take a team-based approach to connecting stakeholders and ensure clear alignment and understanding of current and future planning. Successful project coordination, systems-thinking mindset, and surfacing priorities areas to partners and executives drives our ability to provide innovative and effective solutions to the right users at the right time.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain key relationships with all HRT business stakeholders across HR (myHR, Continuous Improvement, HRT), IT, Finance (FBS) functions.
- Ensure shared visibility to the work portfolio to help partners (re-)prioritize and clarify needs, wants and desires.
- Translate needs, wants, and desires to vision and detailed plan thus enabling non-technical and technical teams to deliver effective technology that support an end-to-end systems thinking solution.
- Perform configuration and customization (i.e. scripting) in accordance to platform change control guidelines.
- Create dashboards and custom reports to extract and help synthesize data from the module.
- Own the cleanliness of the HRSD team Jira backlog - ensure stories (written by you and by the team) are prioritized, refined and actionable; ensure delivery commitments are upheld.
- Drive testing and deployment of system changes - ensure business change artifacts such as scripts/bugs/comms/OCM/release notes are complete and aligned with IT technical teams.
- Lead testing and validation efforts for ServiceNow bi-annual scheduled releases.
- Evolve and champion HR functional capability to improve understanding of the ServiceNow platform capabilities using levers such as hands-on training, directed demos, or other identified methods.
- Define and evolve HR's ownership of the HRSD module through creation and education of frameworks, technical and business documentation, and roadmaps.
- Help align the HRT and IT Program Management and myHR leadership to build an integrated ServiceNow portfolio view of all activities and projects for HRSD module (optimization, refinements, newly discovered issues, and annual platform upgrades) that includes delivery efficacy measures.
- Partner with stakeholders to bring definition to a project; create project plan outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements, and timelines
- Facilitate problem-solving activities to define problems, assess current state root causes, design and test solutions, and implement solutions leading to desired outcomes tied to business results
- Translate complicated problems and project concepts (milestones, risks, desired outcomes, decision options, etc.) into concise observations and recommendations
- A./B.S. in Business, Human Resources or related degree; MBA or relevant Master's degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years supporting an existing ServiceNow HRSD implementation.
- Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma expertise strongly preferred.
- ServiceNow HRSD module technical experience strongly preferred.
- Workday HCM experience preferred.
- Must be able to develop and clearly and concisely deliver professional, high-quality presentations, project plans, and status updates to multiple levels of management and peers.
- Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leaders.
- Possess strong strategic orientation, analytical skills, critical thinking ability, and evaluate broad impacts of work.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to lead, influence, and motivate others in the work group regardless of level.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment.
- Demonstrated successful application of project management methodology, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to uphold safety standards, participate in continuous process improvement on the job, and follow our best practices.
- Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures as well as our operating principles
- Travel up to 25%
