ServiceNow Developer

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provides development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.
• Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript) plus knowledge in Service Now low code/no code called the NOW platform.
• Designs and develops customized reports while applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment in order to develop tailored views.
• Able to implementing different ServiceNow modules and customize as needed.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Must Have skills More than 5 yrs supporting implementation administration configuration and development of ServiceNow at least 3 yrs of experience in HRSD.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript CSS HTML Angular and experience in REST API integration is a must.
• Solid understanding creating Business Rules ACLs Client Scripts UI Policies UI Macros UI Scripts Catalog Forms etc.
• ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation and Customization; with ServiceNow CSM module including portal customization and knowledge management.
• Flow Designer including creating flows for integrations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Has experience in ServiceNow development.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript CSS HTML Angular and experience in REST API integration is a must.
