Cloud and Network Services (CNS)

Our team provides senior level Core solution services management, having world class expertise in several areas; acts as a source of expertise for colleagues. Designs and leads the identification and specification of complex business solutions in complex customer environment.

What you will learn and contribute to

The CNS Core Presales team is looking for a Services Solution Manager to join to support our customers in North America.

As part of our team, you will:
  • Define and manage the CNS Core Services solution strategy for North America.
  • Lead and guide the assigned solution architects and product managers to develop the sales opportunities and define the best approach to meet North American customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with Nokia sales and delivery leaderships to evaluate and get the required internal approvals to go ahead with defined sales opportunities.
  • Review and validate the final business cases which involves the required efforts, resources and estimated budget.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Sales & Pricing manager in setting the customer pricing levels
  • Coordinate with service product managers to plan the estimated duration and timelines to deliver the defined solutions.


Your skills and experience

You must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree a plus
  • At least 10 years' experience in CNS Core Services solutioning, presales scoping, services costing and pricing, business case development and the creation of statement of work / statement of compliance
  • Expertise in Nokia Software Core Products, Services and Solutions including 4G & 5G Core, IMS, SDM, HSS, TAS, CSCF, HLR, UDR, NEF, VoLTE, VNF Onboarding, CI/CD, Test Automation, E2E services integration, Nokia Cloud (NCS, CBIS, CBAM, CBND) and public cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenShift)
  • Strong customer presentation skills


It would be nice if you also had:
  • Knowledge of North American CSP customers is a plus
  • Previous sales/customer facing experiences a plus
