Services Sourcing Specialist

Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to evaluate provider capacity needs across the enterprise based on sales projections and normal seasonal and business cycles ensuring enough provider capacity is in place to meet expected installation time frames while delivering a positive customer experience. Perform sourcing activities by utilizing multiple resources to identify potential candidates and generate provider interest and applications needed to meet capacity expectations. Consult with DSM to conduct local provider business validation and final approvals to move forward. Ensure complete applications packets are obtained and forward to Insurance Specialist for insurance and background check confirmation. Coordinate and support provider retention program.

What you will do

• Proactively analyzes and matches current provider capacity to projected demand to determine gaps and provide analysis.
• Proactively sources new providers to ensure adequate capacity base exists to meet sales projections.
• Regularly follows up with business relationships such as trade organizations, trade schools, colleges, local organizations and Lowe's Track to The Trades initiative to promote Lowe's and be a resource to organizations directing individuals interested in providing trade services to Lowe's.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications and insurance/background checks from SSC support teams meeting SLAs.
• Connects with DSM on final provider on-boarding approvals before requesting Vendor set up.
• Provides capacity reporting and analysis to field and SSC teams for visibility.
• Assists in evaluating market capacity s for new recommended programs to ensure availability exists to meet expected sales projections.
• Identifies and shares continuous improvement recommendations to manager that would positively impact customer, employee and provider experiences.
• Serves as capacity support SME to field and SSC teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field and 3 years' experience in defined process role preferably in a team environment.
• 1 year of experience in defined process role preferably in a team environment.

Pay Range: $20.28 - $33.81 per hour
