Job Description
As a SharePoint Developer, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a challenging project involving SharePoint technologies, contribute to the design and development of innovative solutions, and gain valuable hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications, features, and solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards for SharePoint development.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and administration of SharePoint environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SharePoint solutions with other systems and applications.
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- At least two years of experience developing, testing, and debugging new software or developing enhancements to existing software as a member of an Agile development team.
- Experience with SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, and SharePoint Online.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, development, and administration.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, along with familiarity with .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET development.
- Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing development environments.
