SharePoint Developer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our HHS client.

Location: Washington, DC - Remote flexibility

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Acts as technical liaison to the client
• Provides Subject Matter Expertise, guidance, and overall technical direction for project development.
• Provide technical expertise to identify, develop and implement automation leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI).
• Deliver a well-maintained, secure, and efficient SharePoint environment where users can quickly update, navigate, search, locate, and find information.
• Collaborate closely with SMEs and content providers to conceptualize and execute creative solutions using SharePoint "out-of-the-box" features such as creating subsites, document management, forms, workflows, etc.
• Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices for SharePoint integration with other Microsoft products.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy data collection and reporting solutions using existing enterprise IT investments, including the capabilities of SharePoint, InfoPath, and the Microsoft Office 365 Power Platform.
• Design and develop solutions on standard web technologies, such as CSOM, REST, JavaScript, and OData

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SharePoint Developer experience including SharePoint online, Flow, Automate, and Power BI with an emphasis on power apps.
• 5+ years of troubleshooting experience with SPO and SharePoint on premises.
• Experience with the design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 integrated systems for improved productivity and collaboration
• 3+ years professional experience in client delivery within the federal, healthcare, or cybersecurity sectors - (Nice to have)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and Agile development methodologies
• Experience with business analysis, requirements management, and direct stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be a self-starter, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant work experience

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
