Job Responsibilities for Senior Sitecore Developer / Technical Lead at Wipro

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality Sitecore solutions, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, fostering a shared understanding of project goals.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in Sitecore development and supporting their professional growth.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns, enhancing the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
• Manage deployment processes and troubleshoot issues in staging and production environments, ensuring seamless application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Sitecore features and industry trends, proactively recommending improvements to enhance system capabilities.

Job Requirements for Senior Sitecore Developer / Technical Lead at Wipro

• 10+ years of experience in a Lead Developer role, specifically in developing solutions using Sitecore CMS (9.x+) and ASP.NET MVC technologies.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore products (XM, Content Hub), demonstrating a deep understanding of Sitecore's functionalities and capabilities.
• Proficiency in Sitecore development frameworks and tools, including Unicorn, SXA, and JSS, to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Strong grasp of Sitecore Helix architecture principles and experience with the latest version of Sitecore (version 10), ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking mindset, enabling effective prioritisation and management of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
