Description and Requirements

SMB Business Manager a bridge between APHQ and regions by leveraging better ground experiences & enhanced analytical biz tools.

Key Focuses: To cover those uncovered -> Support and Direction

Support to land the AP strategy on the ground by resolving those execution issues.

Support to fix the day-to-day operational issues efficiently on APHQ level.

Provide the support on data analysis and insights derived to enable the local team to drive the business especially on non-BAU decisions.

SMB MI analysis enhancement to support the business review efficiency and reduce the time spent of local team on regular biz review with APHQ

Profitability improvement:

Drive GTN best practice / improvement & identify the possible areas to save.

Quarterly channel program funding structure and scheme review

Other non-PC revenues drive e.g. SSG / Adjacencies

Further optimize SMB Alliance Funding
