THE ROLE

As a Social Media Coordinator at Movers+Shakers, you'll take charge of developing and managing content calendars, ensuring a seamless blend of content and timely campaigns to captivate our audience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the voice and spirit of the brand on social, fostering engagement, building relationships, and maintaining the integrity of online communities. Collaborating closely with our team, you'll brainstorm and execute fun, relevant content that aligns with our overarching strategies. With your keen eye for trends and insights garnered through social listening, you'll keep us ahead of the curve, fueling innovation and creativity

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage content calendars for brands’ social media channels to support “always on” evergreen content and timely, campaign needs.
• Act as community manager, responsible for maintaining the voice and spirit of the brand on social and engaging with the community on TikTok.
• Partner with the creative team to ideate on fun, relevant content that ladders up to clients’ overarching social/channel strategies.
• Source relevant trends, topics and insights through social listening to inform content brainstorms.
• Manage the day-to-day flow of content across all touchpoints and platforms.
• Ensure all content and FTC directions are met, whilst keeping informed and sharing information on updates and changes.
• Support Content Producers in the mocking up and posting of brand channel content. 
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting to measure the success of community initiatives and inform future strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of client-facing social media management and/or strategy experience in a creative agency setting.
• Extensive experience managing social media channels.
• Experience with and interest in TikTok.
• Experience writing social copy (captions!) for a brand.
• Passion for delighting clients and going above & beyond.
• Super organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously. 
• Proactive.

BASE SALARY RANGE

Our estimated range for this role is $55,000-65,000* 

*Don’t let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation packages are based on the level of skill and experience each candidate brings to their role. Similarly, there might also be a more senior or junior position available, that would be a better fit with your expertise. For example, a person may apply for a Senior Creative Producer role, and we may assess that their skills are at the Creative Producer level. Each level has its own compensation range.
