As a Social Worker, working at our outpatient clinic, you will help patients and their families cope with the effects of kidney disease. You'll be part of a Team that values work-life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority.

Life on dialysis can be a difficult transition for many patients and you'll be there to support and advocate for them. In this vital role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school of Social Work with a specialization in clinical practice.
• Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Proficient in all Experienced level Social Worker duties.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
