Job Description

1. Installation/upgrade/technical support of product
2. Responsible for maintaining enterprise application
3. Software documentation of product and customer requirements
4. Project management for beta and product adoption at customer site
5. Support HQ and local Business Unit to achieve their business goals
6. Performs the software support at the customer site, if necessary, including SW upgrade Beta-test and trouble-shooting
7. Provides customer support in disseminating technical information on the customer features.
8. Follow-up customer software issues and feature requests and update status to customers regularly

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
