Your job? develop high-performance, scalable applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement innovative solutions with cross-functional teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive productivity improvements using genAI and modern advancements.

• Develop high-performance, scalable applications with micro-services architecture.

• Demonstrate deep technical understanding of internet architectures and frameworks.

• Foster a culture of rapid learning and continuous improvement.

• Ensure adoption of best practices across teams and measure maturity.

• Systematically solve problems with strong communication and ownership.

• Lead vision, strategy, and values within the team and Digital Accelerator.

About you

• Experience: Proven experience leading small teams of software engineers, evaluating performance, and providing actionable feedback. Experience in distributed teams and diverse programming languages preferred. Demonstrated ability to scale systems sustainably through automation and enhance reliability and velocity. Experience in cross-functional, interdisciplinary environments with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.

• Soft and technical skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global engineering team. High energy, confidence, and ambition. Passionate about technology and effective in challenging and enhancing ideas while maintaining strong relationships. Ownership mentality with a persistent approach to problem-solving and critical thinking. Service-oriented, flexible, positive team player. Comfortable with micro-services approach and proficient in key technologies including GraphQL, Node.js, React.js, AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, SNS, DynamoDB), and genAI technologies such as AWS Q and Chat-GPT.

• Education: MS in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent.

• Languages: English.
