Intern @ Clay
We're seeking passionate and motivated interns with a strong technical background to join our team. This is an opportunity to tackle cutting-edge challenges, including leveraging LLMs for workflow automation, data inference, and text generation.
You'll collaborate closely with various teams, gain hands-on experience in software development, and be exposed to the full lifecycle of building and scaling a product. If you're excited about solving complex problems, innovating with new technologies, and working in a dynamic startup environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Eligibility: Currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date in 2026
Application Window: 10/9/24 - 10/30/24
Program Window: May - August (12 weeks)
What You'll Do

• Work on end-to-end software development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data.
• Build and maintain features using JavaScript/TypeScript, contributing directly to our codebase.
• Leverage LLMs for innovative solutions in workflow automation, data inference, and text generation.
• Engage directly with customers, gathering feedback, and suggesting new ideas for the team to enhance the product.
• Present your work to the broader team and receive mentorship to grow your technical and professional skills.

Past Projects Include

• Building our enrichment panel
• Working on our AI agent (Claygent)
• Building templates into our product

What You'll Bring

• Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript is preferred. You should be comfortable coding and building software solutions.
• Self-Starter Attitude: You take initiative, are proactive, and thrive in an environment where you can suggest and implement new ideas.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: You enjoy interfacing with customers and are motivated to solve their problems creatively and efficiently.
• Excitement for Innovation: You're passionate about working on cutting-edge technologies, such as LLMs, and enjoy experimenting with solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.
