Main Responsibilities

• Partner with us to transform our distributed database platforms and enhance the customer experience.
• Drive innovative solutions that improve customer interactions with our database products.
• Ensure quality and security are integral to all processes and solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to solve complex problems and implement cutting-edge technologies.

What Skills You Need

• Proficiency in Data, AI, and Cloud Technologies
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React) and their libraries
• Deep knowledge of back-end languages (Python, C#, PHP) and developing RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQLServer, Oracle, and PostgreSQL
• Proven experience leveraging DevSecOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Deep understanding of full-stack design patterns and designing loosely coupled architectures
• Experience designing highly scalable and fault tolerant systems with strong observability tooling
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Deliver small- or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.
• Design distribution of database resources and provide physical modeling and design services to tune database applications for optimum performance.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with Machine Learning, AI Technologies, or GenAI using large language models
• Strategic thinking and change management skills
• Proven strong problem-solving abilities for enterprise-scale challenges

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
• Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
