Software Engineering Lead - Pega

Primary Responsibilities:

• Requirement analysis, Design, implement and maintain the applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes
• Be able to lead a team of 4 to 5 Developers/QE and provide directions to them on a day-to-day basis
• Be able to lead the Scrum calls in the absence of a Scrum Master
• Be able to coordinate with QE team
• Be able to coordinate with onshore stakeholders
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with minimum 16 years of regular qualification as no correspondence courses can be considered
• 6+ years of Pega experience and Pega CSSA certification
• Solid Pega hands on experience, being a FSE is an advantage
• Good experience in design, development and support
• Experience in application debugging and troubleshooting
• Experience in analyzing logs & alerts
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Good understanding of Oracle database and ability to write SQL queries
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of US Healthcare, specifically claims domain
• Pega CLSA certification
• Experience in ReactJS or other modern front-end technologies
• Experience in DevOps / Cloud (Azure/AWS)
