Solution Architect

The Solution Architect ensure that Xybion delivers a solution that meet customer needs and Xybion quality level. This role includes identifying and designing (high-level and/or low-level) product, customization and/or configuration.

Responsibilities 

• Participate in the sales process and project evaluation 

• Design and implement solution to meets customer needs. 

• Perform customer demo 

• Lead business discovery session. 

• Communicate the system requirements to the team (development, testing, documentation, training) 

• May act as project manager for the delivery of the product or solution.

• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications 

Work Experience: 

• Minimum 5-7 years in software development experience working with clients. 

Technical Knowledge: 

• Basic Detail understanding of software development lifecycle models

• Good Experience in Core Java & Oracle 

• Deep knowledge on one or many programming languages and frameworks

• Good communication skill

• Be a faster learner.
