Solution Architect - Azure Cloud

About The Opportunity 

The Solution Architect - Cloud Azure is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of cloud-based solutions for midsize & enterprise clients. This includes, but is not limited to hosting whiteboard discussions, developing technical architecture, and preparing client documentation.

 The success of the Technical Architect role is measured in the following ways:

• Be a subject matter expert for the Netrix suite of Azure, Virtualization and Security engagements 
• Participate in client whiteboards and project planning activities
• Gather and / or document project requirements
• Review client documentation and deliverables
• Prepare technical design documentation and task-level project plans
• Work as a part of a multifaceted team to deliver holistic technical solutions

How You Will Make An Impact 

As a member of our growing team, many of the Solution Architect duties include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Maintain close communication and good working relationships between sales, delivery, and product organizations 
• Maintain positive culture and connectedness within the delivery organization and engagement beyond 
• Maintain a billable utilization target 
• Ensure projects are delivered to customer satisfaction 
• Work with sales teams for constant improvement and acceleration of engagement and throughput of opportunities. 
• Provide subject matter expertise and support for SOW/proposals for Microsoft cloud solutions including Microsoft 365, security, desktop and Azure 
• Joint participation with sales, marketing and operations for improvement of our professional services offerings. 
• Continue to work to improve best practices of the engineering organization. 

Functional Skills Required:

• Experience presenting solutions to IT and other stakeholders.
• Ability to solve complex problems and present the problems and their resolution in a clear and concise fashion.
• Communicate deadlines and set expectations.
• Microsoft 365 Defender experience .
• Azure Sentinel experience . 
• Azure AD Premium P1 and P2 experience .
• Identity and authentication experience.
• Microsoft Security workshop experience.
• Functional PowerShell skills .

What You Will Bring To The Table

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical consulting role
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome difficult challenges
• Azure IaaS/PaaS experience:
• Azure Migrate
• Azure Backup
• Azure Networking
• Azure automation, ARM templates / Terraform, Desired State Configuration
• Azure Virtual Desktop 
• Virtualization capabilities:
• VMware
• Hyper-V
• Core data center skills: 
• Storage
• Networking
• Windows Server administration
• Scripting and automation
• Advanced technical skill in 1-2 complementary areas
• Active participation in technical forums, blogs, and other knowledge-sharing communities
• Fluent English is a must as we are a global company with people all over the world.

Location

• Argentina (any part of the country its great for us!) 

Shift

• 9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday
