Job Description:
As a Solution architect, you will interface with key client stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Development and Operational Support. You will bring in energy business expertise coupled with technical prowess to solve problems, modernize & optimize existing software solutions and make insightful dashboards a reality. You will liaise with various stakeholders including business & technical clients, internal teams and partners. Being the face of Infosys for our clients, you will lead from the front and roll your sleeves up to manouver different situations. You will also mentor and guide the technical team spread across various locations and strive for delivery excellence. In this role, you will take a lead in the creation and delivery of learning content in a variety of formats to meet the needs of different learning styles. You will plan and host large virtual and onsite community events and find ways to increase client visibility, aiming to expand their community. You will handle individual and team productivity support tickets to guide users in overcoming their pain points and finding opportunities for streamlining and automating their tasks. Innovation plays a key part in this role, as you will continue to seek out ways to leverage automation and AI to simplify and streamline.

Essential Experience

• Mastery in Microsoft Teams and related integrations to maximize the utilization of available features, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Proficient in managing information using SharePoint and OneDrive, with a comprehensive understanding of data policies and governance.
• Advanced proficiency in M365 products including Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Planner, ensuring optimal use of these tools to enhance productivity.
• Expert in Power Automate, capable of designing, implementing, and optimizing complex automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Highly skilled in Power Apps, with the ability to develop sophisticated no-code/low-code applications that support team activities, enhance business processes, and deliver significant business value.
• Experienced in Power BI, with the ability to create, customize, and interpret data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrates an innovative and creative approach, proactively seeking opportunities to push boundaries and implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Experienced in designing and delivering engaging learning content tailored to various audiences and skill levels, ensuring clear and enjoyable learning experiences.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization.
• Oil & Gas domain knowledge, Agile delivery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements
• Be the bridge between the business stakeholders and technical team
• Develop and lead the team to implement, tune and maintain Power Platform, SharePoint and .Net applications on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure)
• Create Power BI reports and dashboards
• Analyze existing applications, brainstorm to bring optimize ideas and implement them using automation, yielding value additions and business benefits
• In a RUN environment, lead and guide the team towards preventive and proactive maintenance, perform root cause analysis and fix recurring issues, reducing the number of incidents and problems
• Well versed in working in a ServiceNow/ ADO Service Management environments
• Migrate legacy applications and databases onto Cloud platforms
• Focus on Quality deliverables and documentation
• Steer data driven decisions
