Solution Consultant e-invoicing

Support the sales & partner teams through expert knowledge in Thomson Reuters (TR) ONESOURCE Pagero services, our industry, SAAS, competition, and general O2C and P2P markets. The role will liaise closely with subject matter expert teams as well as directly with Pagero/TR customers and customer opportunities. A solutions consultant is expected to have excellent communication alongside competent presentation and demonstration skills that can reinforce our domain expertise and, in doing so, showcases the business benefits and value of the Pagero/TR suite of solutions.

About The Role

• Presentation relation to the product/services including ONESOURCE Pagero, Pagero Online, invoice audit etc.
• Customer deep dives/discovery
• Demo of Pagero services including ONESOURCE Pagero, Pagero Online, invoice audit (others)
• Managing demo accounts/data/scripts
• Presentation of the Pagero/TR country/3rd party network compliance process
• Responding to questions from members of the commercial team (Zendesk process)
• Completing RFx
• Completing Data security questionnaires (until mid 2025)
• Maintaining data in Loopio, our knowledge database tool

About You

• Feeding new product ideas to the solution leadership/solutions team
• Supporting solutions leadership in improving processes that help to make the team efficient and the information we provide accurate and consistent
• Keep up to date with new country mandates and ViDA alongside ONESOURCE and Pagero new features.

Compensation:

• $100,000-130,000 Base Salary
• $20,000 Variable Compensation

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $104,300 - $193,700.This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
