The Team:
The Revenue Department is critical to the overall growth of Enfusion. Spread across five verticals, including Operations, New Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, and Partnerships, Enfusion Revenue is instrumental in broadening our existing footprint by delivering on strategic business initiatives.Â
The Role:
The primary goal of the Solutions Engineer is to design, execute, and lead the entire pre-sales cycle, covering functional, operational, and technical support activities to prospective clients and existing customers. You will act as the âtrusted advisorâ and a consultative resource to both internal (e.g., Sales, Product, Account Management, etc.) and external stakeholders, assisting in driving new business from prospective and existing customer accounts within their respective territory, as well as meeting and/or exceeding all sales quotas to achieve revenue goals. The core function of this role will be to assess customer essential business requirements and âsolutionizeâ the Enfusion offering through demonstrations and conversations â leveraging the Platform (SaaS and Managed Services) with a high degree of conviction and clear understanding of client requirements and pain points.Â
This position will include organizing, planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of pre-sale engagement covering the entire Enfusion platform across all target addressable markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team with proven success.
What Youâll Do:
- Understand the competitive landscape and key differentiators of the Enfusion platform across the multiple lines of businesses Enfusion caters to.
- Continuously evolve domain expertise with respect to all current developments and enhancements to the Enfusion platform (SaaS and Managed Services)
- Evaluate customer business and technical needs with a consultative approach, collaborate with sales on the sales strategy, and prepare and deliver high quality, âsolution-ledâ demonstrations and conversations to business and technical stakeholders from prospective firms.
- Preparing high-quality responses to RFI/Ps
- Display strong technical acumen with an ability to confer with customers and assess their requirements.
- Effectively handle potential client objections and be able to adapt the demonstration of functional product capabilities to meet clientsâ needs.
- Build trusted relationships with key internal & external stakeholders from procurement through delivery by demonstrating the benefits and value proposition of the Enfusion platform.
- Use quantifiable metrics to help potential or existing clients with a reduction in cost/time, and or an improvement in scales and effectiveness by identifying and resolving business operation pain points.
What Youâll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a similar field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to collaborate and escalate issues when necessary.
- Knowledge of buy-side fintech technology applications and integrations.
- Deep understanding of different asset classes and workflows.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Superior attention to detail.
