An exciting opportunity has become available for a Solutions Marketing Manager to join our dynamic ANZ Marketing team.

Let's talk about the role:
Work in a strategic capacity to enhance our solutions marketing performance, driving go-to-market (GTM) activities for ResMed’s solutions roadmap across both provider and consumer channels in ANZ.

Reporting to the Solutions Marketing Lead APAC, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the ANZ business and regional marketing functions to contribute significantly to ResMed’s 2030 strategic objectives.

Let's talk about responsibilities:

  • Support our Solutions Marketing Lead APAC, to take our global/regional product innovation pipeline and tailor them to launch in ANZ.

  • Adapt the product marketing 'pack' from regional/global product teams and translate to in-market GTM and lifecycle plans for ANZ, tailoring for market and sales channel dynamics, considering any customer/consumer segmentation approaches unique to ANZ.

  • Foster strong working collaboration with Consumer Health and Provider Product Marketing teams.

  • In collaboration with the ANZ commercial marketing and consumer marketing teams, drive our last mile marketing activities – develop a detailed GTM program for launches of products and solutions, including marketing communications and collateral, and product and sales training.

  • Solutions partner to the ANZ marketing and revenue teams – identifying portfolio gaps and opportunities and shaping the market portfolio GTM roadmap in line with revenue leaders and across commercial channels (provider and consumer).

  • Partner with ANZ sales and finance leads to analyse portfolio performance, optimise portfolio mix, and maintain pricing and promotions discipline across the portfolio.

  • Support in shaping evergreen portfolio marketing campaigns for ANZ, hand in hand with commercial and consumer marketing teams.

  • Alongside the ANZ commercial marketing team, work together to optimise the provider channel customer experience in interacting with ResMed solutions.

  • Be the voice of the market in shaping portfolio nuances/needs together with the Solutions Marketing Lead APAC, providing input to upstream product marketing.

  • Be the portfolio SME in ANZ, supporting reactive customer/sales team queries, and where required deliver appropriate portfolio training and support to sales and retail teams (train-the-trainer) and provider customers.

  • Responsible to act as the ANZ representative in managing product lifecycle issues such as Field Safety Notices (FSNs), both in liaising with regional product marketing and relevant stakeholders such as QA and RA and driving the relevant actions with the sales teams in the market.

  • Stay abreast of changes and trends in regulatory, government, reimbursement, customer, and competitive environment influencing the market, to ensure compliance and maintain the company’s competitive edge.

  • An expert collaborator, fostering strong partnerships with commercial and consumer marketing teams and sales leaders to drive the growth of our portfolio across the commercial channels in ANZ.

  • Solutions Marketing Expertise – Develop and drive the go-to-market approach for our solutions roadmap, executing the last-mile marketing efforts alongside our commercial marketing teams.

  • Market and Channel Insights – Ability to identify the market and channel needs (opportunities and challenges) and be the voice of the market to our innovation roadmap.

  • Program and cross-functional leader – Work effectively within and lead cross-functional teams to drive our solutions go-to-market activities.

  • Analytical – Build deep insights into our solutions portfolio mix in the market, ideating ways to maximise the performance of the portfolio alongside our commercial and consumer marketing teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of product marketing experience in healthcare or digital healthcare.

  • Medical devices and/or pharmaceutical experience preferred.

  • Project and product management experience from product lifecycle launch to delivery and post-launch.

  • Quick to grasp an understanding of relevant market demands and their impact on the portfolio.

  • Self-starter, able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
