ABOUT THE POSITION

The Product Development Coordinator will manage development team operation tracking and organization of seasonal product styles from Seasonal Kickoff to initial production. They will work with team members to update status of sample deliveries, storage, and digital archive, and support the development team with new color, new material, and carry-over product creation.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• By Maintaining and updating weekly and seasonal reports, working closely with the Product Development Manager
• Management of samples- receiving and distributing samples, sample tracking with LO Product Coordinator, sample room organization, transferring samples offsite, boxing up PCS, and tracking approvals
• Project creation relating to new color and new material for inline SMU projects.
• Collaborating with product testing on tracking fit reports/approvals, collaborating with Design and Product Line Managers to make sure seasonal information is up to date and accurate.
• Working with Development team to ensure consistent, updated, and evolving SOP documents.

YOU HAVE

• A bachelor's degree, applicable certification, OR equivalent experience
• 2 years of professional experience
• Solid understanding of PC software (Excel, Word, Photoshop) Illustrator is a plus.
• The desire to learn 2D/3D file review.
• Ability to meet strict timelines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic Knowledge of footwear construction methods and manufacturing operations-footwear pattern and tooling making preferred
