Division Locations

This division covers territories located in Florida, Tennessee, Maryland, Louisiana, North Carolina, Alabama and Georgia.  It is strongly preferred that the candidates lives in the FL area, and within close proximity to an airport.

Job Description

Responsibilities

The Southern Division Sales Manager is responsible for the growth of their division and leading, directing, and managing a team of field sales representatives in the promotion of Bonafide Health commercial products to healthcare providers within a specific geographical assignment. The Southern Division Sales Manager is a key member of the Bonafide Health Sales & Marketing Leadership Team.

In this role your primary goal will be to maximize the sales growth of your respective division and to meet or exceed growth targets. Responsibilities associated with this goal will include:

  • Traveling to the territories within your division to conduct regular field coaching rides and ensure sales representatives on your team are appropriately trained, motivated, and are contributing to the achievement of the division sales goals.
  • Managing a high-achieving sales team, including retaining top performers, coaching and addressing underperformance, and recruiting and onboarding new team members.
  • Actively measuring division and territory performance on a daily and weekly basis and using data to make informed decisions to optimize performance.
  • Working with Sales and Marketing Leadership to set short and long-term strategic division goals and designing and executing the plan to achieve them.
  • Ensuring responsible management of division budget and expenses.
  • Acting as a key conduit to field-based market insights and providing input and recommendations on quarterly sales and marketing plans. 
  • Serving as the tactical manager of their division and setting performance expectations for day-to-day sales activity. This includes ensuring the successful implementation of all field sales initiatives and training resources to ensure alignment with product positioning, targeting, and messaging strategy, as well as close collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership to optimize pull-through.

 Requirements

  • BA or BS degree required (MBA a plus)
  • Experience in Women’s Healthcare a plus
  • Demonstrated team leadership as a Regional Manager/District Sales Manager/Sales Training Manager of a top-performing team
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs
  • Demonstrated professional leadership
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
  • Outstanding organizational effectiveness skills, strong performance orientation and attention to detail
  • Strong strategic, critical thinking and performance analytics capabilities
  • This role requires 80% travel

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary range: $120,000 – $160,000 annually; actual salary will be based on experience

  • In addition, this position offers significant upside incentive bonuses based on goal attainment + annual bonus plan

The Location

Bonafide Health headquarters are in Harrison, New York, which is located in Westchester County, approximately twenty-two miles north of Manhattan.   This is a primarily field-based role that will have the flexibility to work remotely part of the time, with trips to our physical office as needed.
