Responsabilités:

  • Mettre en Ĺ“uvre les solutions d'ADP pour les clients, en suivant les directives d'ADP, et conformĂ©ment aux attentes des clients.
  • Responsable de tous les aspects du projet, y compris l'analyse, la configuration, la validation et la rĂ©solution de problèmes.
  • Appliquer les connaissances de l'industrie et des produits pour optimiser les configurations des systèmes et les mises Ă  niveau des produits.
  • Configurer avec succès la conversion de nouvelles entreprises Ă  la plateforme d'ADP et assurer un haut degrĂ© de satisfaction des clients tout en maintenant une productivitĂ© Ă©levĂ©e.
  • Fournir des rapports rĂ©guliers sur l'Ă©tat d'avancement de l'implantation aux parties prenantes, en soulignant les problèmes critiques pour la direction et l'Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©ral du projet.
  • Assurer la satisfaction et la fidĂ©lisation des clients par la livraison de solutions dans les dĂ©lais dĂ©finis par le client.
  • Assurer l'exactitude de tous les aspects de l'installation du client
  • Échanger des informations courantes avec les membres de l'Ă©quipe de projet du client, notamment sur les prioritĂ©s, les dĂ©lais et les problèmes qui se prĂ©sentent.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 Ă  5 ans d'expĂ©rience dans le domaine de la paie
  • Solides compĂ©tences en MS Office (Word/Excel) requises.
  • Connaissance de la gestion de projet
  • Connaissance gĂ©nĂ©rale des systèmes d'exploitation et des concepts Internet
  • CompĂ©tences efficaces en communication
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  collaborer et Ă  travailler avec efficacitĂ© au sein d'Ă©quipes interfonctionnelles.

Formation :

- Formation postsecondaire ou expérience professionnelle connexe.

- La certification PCP et/ou CPM est un atout.

Implementation Specialist - Payroll

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ADP's solutions for clients, following ADP guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations
  • Responsible for all aspects of project, including analysis, configuration, validation and problem solving.
  • Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades
  • Implement successful new business conversions to ADP platform and ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction while maintaining high productivity
  • Provide regular implementation status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues for management and overall status of project
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness
  • Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set up
  • Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in payroll capacity
  • Strong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required
  • Project management knowledge
  • General knowledge of operating systems and internet concepts
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate & work effectively within cross functional teams

Education:

  • Post-secondary education or related business experience.
  • PCP and/or CPM certification is an asset.
