ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics is seeking a dynamic program manager with experience in Special Access Program (SAP) Security program management to support the Joint Staff's Special Access Program Control Office located at the Pentagon. The PM supports SAP program management activities by providing oversight to contract team tasked with developing SAP policy and implementation for the Joint Staff (JS) and coordinating SAP activities across the Combatant Commands. Reviewing JS policy and making recommendations to the government on updates or changes necessary to ensure Joint Staff compliance with policies and directives that govern the SAP and ACCM program. Ensures that appropriate security safeguards are in place to protect against the release of critical information concerning Dept. of Defense missions and functions that could cause any type of harm to national security.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to ensure all JS SAPCO program security support services satisfy the requirements identified by the PWS.
- Delivery and quality control of all deliverable products including training products, policy, annual reports and compliance inspection reports
- Project management and financial management
- Program/Process analysis to identify shortfalls and make recommendations for innovation and process improvement
- Recruitment and retention of skilled support team providing comprehensive security and administrative support.
This position requires routine access to classified systems for duty performance. This position is on-site only.

- Applicant must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to enable successful accomplishment of the contract's assigned Joint Staff Special Access Program Control Office (JS SAPCO) mission.
- US Citizenship
- Current Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, writing skills, and professional image
- Refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and follow-through when completing tasks
- Ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives
- Ability to develop and implement solutions to a variety of complex problems
- Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Willing to travel on company business as required (less than 10%)
- Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all access as required by the programs.
- Prior CPSO experience
- Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Must have practical knowledge of project management.
- Education/Experience:
- SAP Security related training
- PMP certification
- 10 years of practical experience
Highly Desired Skills:
- Experience in the Special Program Environments and understanding of government guidance to include the NISPOM and DoD Volumes
- Security related certification
- MA/MS Degree
- Experience with JADE and other SAP related systems
