The ideal candidate for this role is relentlessly curious, proactive, and passionate about insight-based storytelling. Experience working in the advertising, media, entertainment, or technology industries is strongly preferred. In addition, you must be skilled at simplifying technical information and have the ability to develop strong narratives to communicate key messages.
The role collaborates closely with multiple departments and senior-level stakeholders across the business to develop industry-leading, insight-based marketing material.
In this role you will:

• Create marketing content and curate industry insights to position Magnite as a global leader in the ad tech space
• Produce content that highlights industry trends for sales enablement and client education purposes
• Manage and continue to evolve "Magnite University," Magnite's externally-facing online education resource
• Provide regular engagement reports to showcase the performance of team projects
• Operate as a custodian of the Magnite brand, ensuring that our core values and brand guidelines are reflected in the materials produced
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal subject matter experts

We're looking for someone with:

• 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience, journalism or a related field
• Demonstrated skills in storytelling with the ability to turn data into insights

• Excellent writing and content development skills
• Experience in working with qualitative and quantitative data sets

• Experience or interest in learning video editing is preferred as most of the content developed by the role is video (animated graphics, video, and audio editing.

• Strong accountability and initiative

• A team first attitude with the demonstrated ability to work well as part of a fast-moving, cross-functional team

In California, the base salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $75,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
